Avenor Development Services is delivering The Cambrian on behalf of private investor Robby Ingham. The Cambrian will be Paddington’s finest boutique development, positioned in the very heart of the vibrant Oxford Street precinct.
The development comprises luxury apartments superbly positioned above a curated retail precinct, set around a one-of-a-kind central courtyard oasis in Paddington.
Having previously stagnated in the early stages of planning, Avenor was appointed to take carriage of the project to unlock an approval and deliver through construction. Through tactful stakeholder engagement and design management, Avenor successfully achieved DA approval for the project and is commencing construction.
Avenor has driven all project activities including planning, construction contract tendering and appointment, design development, authority approvals, adjoining owner and stakeholder engagement.
Avenor’s sales and marketing team ran a successful campaign to pre-sell 100% of the residential stock a premium to early feasibility estimates and is driving the retail leasing campaign to curate an attractive retail courtyard offering suitable for the Paddington character.
Avenor’s capital and transactions team has secured project debt finance with a tailored structure to suit the client’s needs. Completion is targeted for 2025.
